Photography and Video Consent

At times, Music Workshop may wish to take photographs or record videos of children and young people taking part in our activities. This may be used for educational purposes (e.g., documenting learning, workshops, or performances) or for other purposes that support the broader work of the charity, such as featuring in brochures, newsletters, social media, or on our website.

We may also share approved images or footage via our cultural and commercial partners' media channels when a project is supported or funded by them. A list of these partners is available on our website.

In line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, we would like to ask you to please consent before we use any images or recordings of your child.

We would be grateful if you could complete the following consent form.

Please note:

  • We will never publish full names alongside any images or footage.

  • You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us directly.
